We are proud of our work and our company and enjoy what we do, we continue to demonstrate our ability & commitment through the varied projects we undertake where our aim is to produce and provide the highest level of services and quality workmanship meeting project objectives & timescales, business & customer needs.
More than 80 per cent of our contracts come from recommendation, testimony to our quality, flexibility and reliability, much of the company’s success is attributed to Spaghetti Construction’s commitment to its core values.
As we have developed, we have made a skills pledge to the Department of Business Innovation & Skills and entered into a training partnership agreement with the Chartered Institute of Builders providing our workforce with opportunities to attend training courses and learn new skills, keeping them up to date with developments in techniques and materials. We also run an apprenticeship scheme offering new opportunities to young local talent.
While our workforce is encouraged to continuously update their skills, our management keeps abreast of new construction methods, standards and procedures in order to be able to offer clients the best possible service.
Spaghetti Construction started in Sheffield as a family business specialising in a wide range of domestic building projects. It has since developed into a major construction company with a growing commercial wing bidding for major projects being tendered in both the private and public sectors.
